Two Women Allegedly Dressed Up As ‘Grannies’ To Get COVID-19 Vaccine (Video) – The Shade Room

TSR Cut The Foolery: Chile, I don’t even know anymore. Health officials are busting out two women for allegedly trying to disguise themselves as “grannies” in a failed attempt to get a second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

If you haven’t already guessed the state they’re from, this went down in Florida where health officials basically told them girls, “YOU THOUGHT.”

“So yesterday, we realized a couple of young ladies came dressed up as grannies to get vaccinated for the second time,” Dr. Raul Pino, director of the Florida Department of Health in Orange County, said during a recent press briefing. “So I don’t know how they escaped the first time.”

According to ABC News, the women showed up to the Orange County Convention Center wearing bonnets, gloves and glasses — “the whole thing,” Pino said. They tried to pass as senior citizens but in real life, the women were only in their 30s and 40s, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, which would make them ineligible to receive the vaccination outside of a health care or long-term care facility setting.

Apparently, the two had valid vaccination cards from their first shot but where they messed up at is when they had to show officials their driver’s licenses.

Deputies issued the two women trespass warnings after their dates of birth “did not match those they had used to register for the vaccines,” the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement. “The names, however, did match the registration.”

The sheriff’s office identified the two women as 44-year-old Olga Monroy-Ramirez and 34-year-old Martha Vivian Monroy.

No other law enforcement action was taken, the sheriff’s office said.

In body camera footage obtained by ABC News of the women being issued the trespass warnings, a deputy read them for filth for their “selfishness of stealing a vaccine” and called the incident “ridiculous.”

“You know what you’ve done? You’ve stolen a vaccine from somebody that needs it more than you,” the deputy is heard saying, as the women sit in a car in a parking garage. “And now you’re not going to get your second one. So that’s a whole waste of time we just wasted here on this.”

Bet you these fake grannies won’t try that again!
