Emily Simpson is 30 pounds down and she looks amazing! The ‘RHOC’ star showed off her incredible body transformation on November 10, along with her weight loss secrets!
Emily Simpson has her confidence back after dropping 30 pounds! The Real Housewives of Orange County star, 44, revealed before and after photos of her weight loss transformation on Tuesday — and admitted that she worked her a** off for a year and a half to drop the weight.
“I never wanted to show these photos publicly because I’m ashamed of where I let myself get, but here I am showing my transformation because I want to be transparent with you all,” Emily wrote on Instagram, alongside a before and after shot of her slimmer figure.
“I worked my butt off to get here and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and continue to go!,” she continued, recalling, “I lost myself and my confidence through gaining 30 lbs. in one year in front of millions of people on a Reality TV Show. Here I am a year and a half later feeling sexy, confident in my own skin, and like the EMILY I am meant to be!”
Now, Emily wants to share her newfound confidence and weight loss secrets with the world. On November 11, she launched her new website, which subscribers can access “never before seen transformation photos, free recipes, and a special discount!”
Emily’s fellow Housewives stars joined in on her weight loss joy in the comments, as well as some former RHOC cast members. Real Housewives of Dallas star, D’Andra Simmons wrote, “You look absolutely amazing! I’m so proud of YOU babe!” Former RHOC stars Alexis Bellino and Lizzie Rovsek also shared encouraging messages to Emily.
“Girl, BE YOU!!!!! So proud of you!!! Love ya!,” Alexis wrote. Meanwhile, Lizzie added, “You look amazing babe!!” Additionally, comedian Heather McDonald wrote, “So great for you to share with others.”
Earlier this year, Emily told HollywoodLife that she was enjoying her virtual workouts amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. “I’ve been eating way too much, but to counter balance that I have some 12 pound hand weights that I use consistently throughout the day to do shoulder presses, curls and squats,” Emily explained during an exclusive interview in April. “I also virtually work out with my trainer Paulina Stein three times a week via Instagram Live and the kids and I set up an obstacle course in the backyard for ‘PE’ class,” she said.
Another RHOC star, Gina Kirschenheiter also dropped 30 pounds this year. She opened up to HollywoodLife about her fitness transformation, where she admitted to relying on “diet and exercise” to achieve her results.
